Our team of roughly 40 (and growing) is building a product for financial protection, putting a new spin on traditional insurance, with the support of expert partners who have hundreds of years of experience in the industry. We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Deployment Engineer to join our team in either our Dumbo, Brooklyn or Raleigh/Durham, NC offices, as our first dedicated infrastructure hire and member of our cross-functional Platform team, helping us to design and implement our initial production infrastructure and supporting deployment of our core Ruby on Rails API/backend services and internal tools. The tech keywords: AWS (ECS, RDS, MKS, ElastiCache Redis), Terraform, CircleCI, Docker/Docker Compose, Ansible. We are exploring replacing ECS with Kubernetes.
