FanPad is a direct-to-fan services company that partners with musicians/other creators & their teams to maximize long-term fan engagement and monetization. Our web platform helps turn anonymous listeners/followers into real fans + consistent buyers. We have traction and powerful case studies at scale proving our system works better. As we raise our next round of funding, we are looking for a founding engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate would be: a full-stack engineer with 5+ years of experience, spending most of their time as an individual contributor shipping, have experience working with AWS or a different cloud platform, be self-sufficient with an ownership mindset and passion for client results, have strong communication skills and act as a thought partner, be a leader, able to manage other tech. contractors, and align/re-prioritize the product roadmap, have passion or knowledge of music industry/creator economy, able to thrive in fast paced start-up environment.
