Build and maintain backend systems for an AI-powered recruiting and market intelligence SaaS for real estate. Work with pipelines that ingest data from dozens of sources, process millions of records daily using Celery, and serve real-time analytics via a Django REST API backed by PostgreSQL/PostGIS. Integrate with OpenAI, HubSpot, Twilio, and MLS providers. Sub-second response requirements at scale. Early-stage, high-growth team. Seeking engineers with strong SQL optimization skills and experience with backend systems and AI tooling.
