Auros Technology is a globally distributed, high-frequency proprietary cryptocurrency trading and development firm that leverages cutting-edge technologies for internal trading strategies and to serve external commercial partnerships. Auros is seeking an experienced data engineer who can become both steward and champion for the firm's internal market and trading data archives as well as the data analysis systems and pipelines. This position would be responsible for developing and maintaining highly-scalable and reliable distributed data analytics infrastructure with a primary focus on a large-scale Clickhouse service. Additional tasks would focus on building and improving trading analytics, automating data pipelines, and developing custom ETL solutions to improve data services within the company. Requirements: - Extensive Python experience for data analysis and ad-hoc tooling for exploring data sets with strong C++ skills - Experienced with data lakes, AWS S3/Kenesis, Clickhouse, Kafka, and Hadoop/Hive/Snowflake/Presto
