Description
Encultured AI is a video game company with a focus on machine learning. We're hiring ML engineers to make our game more fun and to make a platform for AI safety and alignment experiments. Both of our founders have published papers at NeurIPS, and our game director worked on Unreal Tournament, Team Fortress 2 and Dota 2. We're hiring for junior as well as senior roles. The latter requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. We're looking for candidates with experience with large language models, reinforcement learning, or reward modeling.
