Description
The Order-to-Cash (O2C) Reference Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and managing data that supports O2C processes outside of the standard Master Data scope. Ensures data accuracy, supports operational efficiency, and drives data-driven decision-making across O2C functions by partnering with cross-functional teams. Coordinates and manages reference data across O2C processes including demand capture, customer shelf life, order filtering, resolution cockpit, claims & deductions, and returns/refusals. Maintains and supports Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) data and related systems. Owns and manages key systems and tools including the Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and Notice Distribution System (NDS). Develops custom reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query. Leads and supports continuous improvement initiatives, manages communication regarding critical incidents, identifies issues and root causes, escalates based on criteria, and contributes to organizational KPIs.
