Not only to answer questions, but to help users create support tickets, file claims, get quotes, and even process payments. All of this while providing a delightful user experience right from your favorite messaging platform or simply a web browser. We recently received investment from the Google Assistant Investments Program and we’re currently looking to expand our team.
