Mental-health nonprofit operating like a tech startup building a digital marketplace for therapy, psychiatry, support groups, and other services. Small, high-impact team. Tech stack: NestJS, NextJS, Postgres on GCP; AI-assisted dev tooling and agentic workflows. Hiring includes: Lead Software Engineer to design and build LLM-driven workflows, data schemas, contracts, and retrieval/ranking (~10+ years, backend/data infra). Product Engineer (Services) to build and evaluate LLM-enabled workflows for services data. Product Engineer (User Journey) to own frontend experience and analytics instrumentation (Segment, PostHog, GTM); fullstack with frontend focus. Hiring process: 30min phone screen + 60min in-person + paid work trial.
