Our Linux Team ensures our trading servers work so we can trade. They establish that our production environment works optimally by deploying, maintaining, monitoring and operating a fleet of UNIX servers to its highest possible performance. --- In a nutshell, we provide, install and maintain over 2000 physical servers on 17 colocations, and debug tricky issues that pop up when you are pushing the limits of compute & networking. You'd be working on squeezing the last bit of performance out of bare-metal servers (with fancy equipment to measure microsecond/nanosecond variation) and on the other hand, making our provisioning at all layers of the stack (Python, Django, Postgres) smoother and easier to use.
