Description
The Order-to-Cash (O2C) Reference Data Analyst analyzes, coordinates, and manages reference data supporting O2C processes outside the standard Master Data scope. Responsibilities include managing Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) and related systems, owning key tools such as Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and the Notice Distribution System (NDS), developing custom Power BI/Excel/Power Query dashboards and reports, driving continuous improvement, handling critical incident communications, collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, etc.), and performing root-cause analysis and escalation to meet business/customer needs and organizational KPIs.
