This is a unique opportunity to scale a venture-backed early stage #tech4good company that helps people make the switch to better products and is disrupting the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry with our digital product sampling and consumer insights platform. We're currently 20 people with a 5 person product and engineering team and expect to grow to 50 people over the next 3 years with a 15 person product and engineering team. We're backed by the co-founder of Shopify and several strategic CPG industry investors including the Founder of VEGA. As our VP Engineering your job is to make everyone in the product and engineering organization successful and to fix the issues that are getting in the way of success. You’ve been responsible for product delivery, hiring, performance management, engineering practices, and technical strategy. Ideally, you’ve done this before for a company at a similar stage of growth, and have taken them to the next level.
