Description
Dart is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join its Information Technology Team. The role provides second-level application support, optimises business processes and enterprise systems, and delivers user training across multiple enterprise platforms. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP), and Project Management Fundamentals (or equivalent). A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP/business application or IT support focused on application management and business process optimisation is required. The role involves Citrix environments and Microsoft Azure, with SharePoint Online as an asset; strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+; Active Directory (user/group management, DNS, domain services); and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages). Direct support/configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics platforms (Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM, Business Central) is required, plus experience supporting other ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage). Responsibilities include monitoring/diagnosing second-level support for enterprise applications (Workplace, PMWeb, Prophix, Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central/CRM, Sage, Counterpoint, Oracle Micros, Symphony), troubleshooting with vendors/internal teams, installing/updating software and service packs, configuring/deploying POS devices, maintaining documentation and software asset records, supporting business process improvement initiatives via configuration, ensuring alignment with organisational requirements, delivering end-user training, and mentoring junior team members.
