Description
Order-to-Cash (O2C) Reference Data Analyst responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and managing reference data that supports O2C processes outside of the standard Master Data scope. Ensures data accuracy, supports operational efficiency, and drives data-driven decision-making across O2C functions. Owns and manages key systems and tools (Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, Notice Distribution System), develops custom reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Power Query), leads continuous improvement and incident communications, and collaborates cross-functionally (Sales, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, etc.) to identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate per criteria to support organizational KPIs.
