The company is profitable, has seen a 50%+ revenue growth annually for four consecutive years and is looking to hire a full time CTO within the EU timezone. Responsibilities include designing & leading system architecture, owning the development lifecycle and leading the engineering team, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring product quality and leading technical decision making, and optimizing applications for speed, security and scale. Requirements include 7+ years of relevant engineering/leadership experience at tech and product-driven companies, proficiency with Java, some experience with relational databases (we use Postgres), desire to work fully remote and to proactively approach issues, and fluent English.
