Gravwell is a data analytics company with a focus on high-speed analysis of diverse data sources including binary (e.g. PCAP). Our people have extensive backgrounds in penetration testing, reverse engineering, analytics, incident response, and large scale virtualization. Our platform is built from the ground up--not just "Elastic and a custom UI"--and we take pride in enabling customers to ingest, store, and analyze all of their data without compromise. Our company is fully remote, with employees in Idaho, Minnesota, Colorado, Virginia, and California. We've been generating revenue for several years and recently raised a seed round to start growing faster. We are looking for a Resident Engineer & Systems Support Specialist to work closely with a major customer in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This position is part devops, part infrastructure analyst, part threat hunter, and a pinch of developer. The work is hybrid remote/on-site: interaction with the Gravwell team and most customers will be remote, but you will also go on-site with our customer in the Atlanta area as needed. We're also looking for a skilled Go developer to join our backend team. The work can be hugely diverse, ranging from implementing web APIs to working with highly-optimized on-disk data structures. Good candidates should have solid knowledge of the Linux environment, network protocols, and the Go tools. Prior experience in cybersecurity fields is a plus.
