JustParent is creating a new standard for family-friendly companies, starting by making it as easy as SaaS for companies to offer affordable parental leave with an insurance-backed cost cap. Kicking off in the UK in 2023 but with global ambitions. Our goal is to eliminate the gender pay gap and make SMEs competitive for employees at the most productive stages of their careers. We’re building beautiful, easy-to-use software that makes our proposition super easy to understand and buy. As part of that we’re building a small engineering team to work with our technical founder (that’s me!) that will be responsible for modeling, integration with HRIS tools and platform delivery.
