Looking for an experienced Software Developer/Team leader to head-up one of our most senior development teams. Reporting directly to the CEO you will be working on a large scale digital platform that powers many high profile websites and applications, using many technologies. This role would be ideal for a dedicated ambitious leader that wants to manage a well motivated and diligent team. The team delivers a complex extensible application used by all of our clients, supporting 1000's of users and millions of citizens across the UK and beyond. You will be selecting, evaluating and extending technology components to work as a unified platform of services, managing the conflicting user requirements and motivating the team to deliver the highest quality work. You should be a real problem solver with strong technical skills, good management and a flexible approach to technology.
