Pactio is building automation software for the Private Equity industry which will transform the way Private Equity deals are executed and is bound to become the default network for private capital exchange. We are riding a spectacular commercial trajectory, with three pilots already signed across two continents that will allow us to build the MVP with highly sensitive and proprietary client's data. As well as powerful indications of desire to buy the MVP once ready, by funds across all PE fund sizes, types of funds and geographies. We are looking for a talented Lead Designer to join our founding team. You will help us shape our go-to-market product while accounting for all the necessary considerations needed for the scale that we aim at. You will leverage and develop all-round skills while leading the whole product design function, UX and UI with an option to own the user research and interviews front. There is an important UX angle, as we are aiming at streamlining highly complex and unstandardized workflows that involve multiple users that type collaborating on the same project. We want to establish a new standard that fully leverages the capabilities of modern software and surpasses legacy tools by large margin. Importantly, there is a big opportunity to build and lead the whole design function of the company going forward.
