360 Property Management

360 Property Management is seeking self directed engineers who are interested in working flexible hours on small teams utilizing simple and powerful programming constructs. We’re in need of thoughtful engineers to help us answer the questions of how to automate the entire domain of property management. We’ll be building a system to do the accounting, insurance, scheduling, renting, maintenance, and everything else including the kitchen sink – a truly all-encompassing system. Our mission: 360 aims to build out a product suite that can automate every facet of capital management from houses and restaurants to yachts and land! Experience: Functional Programming experience and polyglot programmers preferred. Hours: 30-40 hours a week preferred. Sparse infrequent meetings with flexible times.
