We are looking for a senior product operations manager to lead and develop best in class labeling systems for the operations team. You will be part of a team of cross functional communicators and collaborators who will shape our operations products and solutions. You are relentless in driving stellar product and process designs, running pilots, tests, and experiments, then hand over new designs to a team of skilled operators. The blend of strategy, implementation, and design make this a unique and exciting role that will provide an opportunity to work with multiple teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and several others) across the company and around the globe. As a Go to Market Engineer, you’ll be given the opportunity to have a large amount of impact by working closely with our go to market teams to understand and define what our customers need. We are looking for client-facing engineers who care deeply about impact and solving customer problems. We want people who are results oriented who will find great innovative solutions to deliver the best product that helps our users accomplish their goals. You will work with a dedicated group of engineers to launch and grow Scale’s Nucleus product; you will also have the opportunity to interface with customers and drive technical outcomes. In this role you’ll be given the opportunity to have a large amount of impact by working closely with our go to market teams to understand and define what our federal customers need. We are looking for software engineer generalists who care deeply about impact and solving customer problems. We want people who are results oriented who will find great innovative solutions to deliver the best product that helps our federal customers accomplish their goals and meet their complicated security requirements. You will work with a dedicated group of engineers to launch and grow Scale’s emerging products.
