Our informative and guiding technologies are integrated into wearables that people are excited and proud to wear. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist. You’ll work closely with developers, hardware engineers, scientists, & customers - to identify and understand what runners want & need most, and work hard to build great sales solutions to connect a necessary product to a motivated market and delight runners of all levels. You may be good fit if you have: Proven results in driving growth for a start-up or small company with tactical utilization of media tools within advertising channels/platforms, including tag management systems; build reports and analyze data; and implement A/B testing and experimentation that’s both accurate and rapid. 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing in e-commerce, sports, entertainment, or related industries. Consumer Products, or DTC startup experience. Previous experience with defining adaptive digital strategies measured and improved over time through attributable-purchase metrics (e.g., ROAS). Strong strategic, project management, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written to clearly convey market dynamics, strategies, tactics, rationale and results, to peers, agency, and executive stakeholders. A shared passion for running to compliment the Stryd customer base and team.
