Great Jakes

Great Jakes is a boutique (12-person) website design and development agency seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer / Web Application Architect (react / PHP) with 7+ years of experience who can help guide our 6-person development team and architect new features for our system. This is a long-term, full-time position with full benefits. We are based in New York City, but this is a remote position. Our Stack: • React / JavaScript / CSS – Our frontend is built with JS and React and we need leadership in this area. • PHP / MySQL – Our back-end and legacy code is PHP / WordPress / MySQL. • Linux / nginx • Next.js – We are phasing in Next.js, so it would be helpful if you had experience in this area.
