Codecov is the world’s leading code coverage tool. We are used by over a million software developers around the world, from marquee open source projects to the largest global companies. Our team is lean (~20 people). We are a remote-first, globally distributed company, with team members located from GMT-8 to GMT+2. We are looking for someone who will partner closely with the business internally to work with engineers to aid in best practices around Product and Project Management; Define the vision and long-term strategy by developing Roadmaps, Internal Processes, KPIs, and OKRs based on market insights as well as both employee and customer centric feedback; Lead, inspire, grow and develop by keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, methodologies, and enhance existing processes in place; Initiate cutting edge products and features by understanding our customers and stakeholders to assist and lead new products as Codecov scales. We are looking for someone who will lead Codecov projects across the entire product design lifecycle, from proposing initial concepts to shipping high-quality features; Contribute to all aspects of design, including research, testing, interaction design, and visual design; Collaborate with others (product managers, engineers, and business partners) who share your passion for delivering great experience to our users; Maintain and iterate on our design system. We are looking for someone who can directly interface with customers to solve challenging technical issues via our ticketing system, emails, slack conversations, and calls; Adapt to known installation techniques to the custom needs of each client; Create and maintain our internal knowledge base related to the deployment of Codecov Enterprise in clients' existing architecture; Create and maintain any tooling, IAC, and other software tools to aid customers in the setup and use of Codecov Enterprise; Assist the sales team in the early discovery and customer vetting process and ensuring the rough technical needs of the customer can be met; Assist the customer during product installation, serving as a technical point of contact for all issues related to installation, network, infrastructure, etc; Staying abreast of emerging technologies and methods for creating and supporting world-class on premises software deployments. We are looking for someone who can do cold outreach to prospective customers, utilizing lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce; Partner with Account Executives to generate and qualify leads; Have specific daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals; Develop, present and implement plans for acquiring new business and traction.
