Mon-entreprise is the official French assistant for the entrepreneur, a French public service (coming out of Betagouv). It's also 100% open-source, 3 millions simulations launched to date, 983 rules translated from law, 1 in-house DSL for editing rules: Publicodes. The team speaks French, so this is a requirement as well :)
