At Vowel we've built a product to make meetings more efficient and enhance collaboration. Our platform records meetings, transcribes in realtime, helps set agendas, sends post-meeting action items to tools like Slack, and past meetings are searchable by text, so you can replay a specific piece of a meeting if you missed it. We are looking for a Lead Audio and Video Engineer to help build Vowel’s Audio/Video infrastructure to ensure the highest standards in stability and performance and implement key features across our platform, including real-time audio and video streaming, network / infrastructure management and optimization, scaling our SFU and signaling infrastructure, and key RTC features across our web, mobile, and desktop apps.
