RecruitiFi is a vendor management platform connecting companies with 20,000+ recruiting agencies globally — a two-sided marketplace with complex workflow automation and integrations with major ATS/HRIS platforms. Small team; you will own features from schema to UI. Hiring process: intro call -> technical interviews (no leetcode) -> founder chat. Fully remote for 7 years. On-call rotation exists but pages are rare. Twice-yearly team retreats. Requirements: 4+ years building production web apps (or equivalent demonstrated ability), strong Rails or comparable backend framework experience, modern React, solid SQL.
