full-time · Remote role for people based in the UK or Canada (Atlantic Time Zone only) with regular overlap with the UK team for training, collaboration, and handovers; otherwise working hours depend on location and agreed coverage.
Compensation
Location-dependent salary plus share options. UK: £30,000–£35,000 GBP; Canada: CAD $48,000–$57,000. Share options included; other benefits include stock options, 30 days paid holiday, holiday over Dec 24–Jan 1, home office contribution, training allowance (£3,000), pension contribution, monthly health & wellbeing contribution (£100).
