Work setup
full-time · Fully remote organization; remote work with at least 3 hours of overlap in the workday for team communication; no fixed schedule.
Compensation
Fully remote; normal salaried employee. Full-time 40 hours/week. Competitive yearly compensation (approx. by country): Romania: 215.000 - 275.000 RON. Also includes five weeks paid time off, paid sick leave (per country), parental leave, work hardware budget, annual smart home budget, annual education budget, yearly performance bonus, 50% internet contribution, and one day every two weeks for personal projects.
