At Founda we are on a mission to create the future of healthcare IT and fix healthcare connectivity. We are a small group (~20) of creators primarily based in Amsterdam. We are eager to give the healthcare world the technology it needs for a fair price. Founda is a technology company that builds infrastructure for the global healthcare sector. Healthcare IT systems, applications, and organizations of every size – from startups to large hospitals – use our platform for connectivity. Describe Founda in two words? Healthcare Interoperability. Our backend tech stack consists of NodeJS, TypeScript, Postgres, and Elasticsearch. Our frontend uses Vue.js with SSR. We're currently on AWS ECS, but working on a move to multi-cloud K8s (looking for cloud engineers!). Because of a huge amount of interest from industry titans, we need to up our game and are looking for more mid and senior-level engineers (backend, frontend, cloud) and UX (mid/senior).
