Klarity

Klarity (YCombinator S18) uses Natural Language Processing to identify non-standard terms in contracts and streamline Revenue Recognition for Enterprise. Our customers like Coupa and Optimizely use Klarity to (1) save time and cost, (2) increase compliance through robust controls, and (3) ease the pain of contract review. We are looking to add a brilliant Solutions Engineer to our team in San Francisco (as employee #12!). You will be in charge of (a) onboarding new customers and working with existing ones and (b) thinking creatively about process and product optimizations to fuel higher rates of growth. You will love this job if you: - Love solving open-ended operationally and technically complex problems. - Enjoy being in a high paced, customer-facing role. - Thrive in small, cross-functional teams. We are a tightly-knit team of lawyers and engineers, collectively speaking 10 languages! - Are excited to learn about cutting edge advancements in NLP/ML. You ideally have: - 1-3 years prior Technical/Ops experience. - Strong engineering background and significant Python experience. - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Strong work ethic and ability to operate with high velocity.
