Description
Lemon.io is a marketplace connecting hand-picked startups in the US and Europe with senior remote developers. The company offers a flexible schedule with async communication or minimal overlap during team working hours, no micromanagement, and direct communication with clients (often with technical backgrounds). Developers are supported throughout the application and cooperation stages, and most projects are in a fast-paced startup environment. Role: Senior Full-stack Symfony Developer (remote, worldwide). Requirements: 4+ years of software development experience; 3+ years with Symfony and 2+ years with Vue.js OR 2+ years with Angular OR 2+ years with Next.js (plus 3+ years JavaScript and TypeScript). Strong understanding of application architecture and ability to create projects from scratch; advanced English communication for discussing business tasks, justifying decisions, and communicating issues; strong self-presentation for client calls; self-organization skills for full-time remote work; reliability; adaptability and flexibility to onboard quickly. Notes: No visa assistance. Cooperation model does not include benefits typically offered with direct hire.
