We are Effective, a ~40-person agency building web and mobile apps for various clients in the United States – most typically startups. We help companies build products and find product-market fit, and then scale beyond that. We partner with US-based digital design agencies to realize the vision that they come up with for the clients. We're looking to fill two positions now: a senior iOS (Swift) developer and a senior Android (Kotlin) developer to join us for a 6+ months long client engagement building employment engagement app. We're looking for 3-5 years of experience, ideally as a part of multiple companies or projects, capable of building products on your own, with very little oversight from the Principal engineers. Most of the project team is in the US, and we're looking for talent for these positions in Eastern Europe and LATAM. We're looking for individuals only, please do not reach out if you're an agency.
