At Tandem Health we're building a clinician copilot to allow clinicians to focus on care rather than administration. The core product listens to the patient-clinician encounter to generate medical records, saving clinicians approximately 5-10 minutes per patient. The company is rolling out across large care chains in Europe, including much of the NHS. Expanding the Stockholm team and especially keen to talk to Staff Engineers (backend) and Senior AI Engineers (LLMs and the scaffolding around them, computer-use agents). Tech team uses Python (backend), TypeScript/React (frontend), C# (Windows app) and infrastructure runs on Kubernetes in Azure. On-site in Stockholm, full-time.
