Infrastructure and Security Engineering at Truss is a special practice, bringing together folks with backgrounds in Site Reliability, DevOps, Application Engineering, Platform development and Security Engineering. Our InfraSec Practice at Truss is a unique place to lead a project and mentor junior developers, all while broadening your skillset. Here's what we hope you'll bring: - Lead of a DevOps or SRE team with 2-8+ people in some kind of technical and management role. - Some experience as an IC in DevOps, Security, or other InfraSec position .Have worked on one or more production ready systems. - Working with cross-functional agile software development teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Design and Research). - Leading and actively mentoring junior engineers. - Solving problems with a technology-agnostic approach. - Problem solving, assertiveness, and working well under pressure. - Empathy for customers and coworkers to understand their struggles and a passion to help make things better. - Exceptional communication, especially listening and collaboration skills, as well as an understanding of how to generate trust in a complex environment.
