Integral is a fractional CTO and AI transformation partnership embedding with scaling businesses ($10M-$100M) as long-term retainers. Hiring two remote roles: Full Stack Developer (remote, LATAM or US, full-time ~40 hrs/week) to ship end-to-end features across client projects (data model, API, UI, deployment) and Technical Project Manager (remote, US, full-time ~40 hrs/week) to own client relationships and delivery coordination. Both roles require AI-native workflows and daily use of AI tools. Stack across clients includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, Shopify, n8n, HubSpot, Vercel; responsibilities include client communication (Slack, email, ClickUp), scope management, and delivery.
