Family Coordinator role supporting families from intake through the final steps of the cremation process. Manage a dedicated book of cases, act as a primary point of contact for families, handle inbound case-related inquiries, coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return, and ensure accurate documentation and smooth case handoffs. Collaborate with a team-first mindset to support broader case load and provide escalations/coverage as needed.
