360Dialog is a leading WhatsApp platform for Independent Software Providers, hosting WhatsApp channels for 800+ software solutions and 45,000+ B2B clients. The company is bootstrapped and profitable and aims to help businesses adapt messaging channels for performance use cases and drive revenue. The role is an experienced senior acquisition manager responsible for lead generation and paid acquisition campaign performance in B2B/SaaS and technical/API-driven environments. Requirements include strong tracking and analytics experience (GA4, GTM, attribution, conversion tracking, funnel performance optimization) and hands-on management of paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The role emphasizes real domain expertise, accountability across product/projects/initiatives, ability to create strategy, scalable mindset, and awareness of the difference between knowledge/skills and real experience. Contract-based position; company is fully remote and accepts applicants from anywhere in the world.
