Description
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for the Human Resources department, assisting the HR Lead with employee records maintenance, onboarding, payroll processing, and providing daily administrative support. Responsibilities include handling HR inquiries, processing new hire onboarding through HRIS, conducting new hire orientation for W2 hires, maintaining digital employee records in compliance with federal regulations, performing I-9/E-Verify and background checks, and assisting with performance management procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources (or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree), strong HR knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency with Outlook and MS Office, with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and decision-making.
