The Founding Engineer will report to the Founder, own the technical roadmap, lead the transition from legacy systems to a modern cloud-native architecture, manage and scale a Kubernetes deployment, set hiring standards, and mentor future engineers. High ownership role with stability and upside through a Phantom Stock Plan. Tech stack includes Python (Django), React, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native technologies.
