Remi is a culture building platform for remote and distributed teams to help them build culture and connection, easily and effectively. Remi uses daily and weekly team building rituals as the core mechanism to help teams build culture: by forming habits through repeated interactions and nudges, teams can build culture like a muscle. We're a company founded by organizational psychologists, engineers as well as sales & marketing experts coming from international tech companies like Twitter, Typeform and Samsung, and have recently closed our pre-seed round with renowned international VCs and business angels. We're looking for enthusiastic and resourceful software engineers, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, who are passionate about building great products, love being part of an ambitious team, and can lead the way through the uncertainties of an early stage start-up. You'll work as part of a cross-functional team with other engineers, product managers, and designers. We’re planning for an agile and collaborative environment, 100% remote, and with a strong focus on product engineering. This position is for one of the first 3 engineers we will be hiring, and therefore you will be building a product completely from scratch. We know that perfect candidates don’t exist.
