Description
Ignitionit.com is hiring a remote (work-from-home) Help Desk Technician / Mac MSP Help Desk Guru as the first voice for clients when something isn't working. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding employees (provisioning Macs, setting up Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, enrolling devices in MDM like Jamf/Intune/Workspace ONE), handling identity and access and troubleshooting, resolving email/DNS/phishing/password-related issues, supporting Zoom Room or conference-room AV setups over the phone, triaging tickets (phones answered quickly, emails not left to rot), and escalating when needed. Requires standard business hours in Eastern or Pacific time zones, a quiet workspace and reliable broadband, proven Apple aptitude, and at least 2 years of IT support experience. Technologies include macOS/iOS, Apple Business Manager, MDM, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin consoles, SSO/MFA/security keys (Okta/Entra ID/YubiKey), security tools, Slack/Zoom, and endpoint/networking basics (e.g., Meraki). Compensation includes base salary range plus benefits and home internet stipend.
