We are hiring an engineering-minded QA Lead to architect and build a world-class QA practice. As TestFit’s initial QA hire, your will be responsible for designing and implementing TestFit’s QA practices, testing TestFit’s flagship software application and related services, and testing TestFit’s web platform. Our web platform will be the centerpiece of TestFit’s efforts to revolutionize real estate feasibility via collaboration and convenience only possible with cloud-based software solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced QA engineer with a passion for software quality, an intense attention to detail, and an ability to solve hard problems. We want someone who thinks beyond the traditional QA silo and views QA as an engineering practice. You should have the ability to read and write code, participate in code reviews, and have a genuine understanding of software architecture and coding practices. A candidate with a degree in Computer Science is preferred but not required. You should be able to read and write JavaScript, be proficient with SQL and JSON, and have experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Selenium.
