Founding Product Engineer / Systems Architect to own the Django backend, MongoDB schemas, and the Flutter UI connecting the offline-first mobile clients to a multi-model AI pipeline for civilian threat intelligence. Build the data layer and API surface wired into the offline-first client, with end-to-end focus on how civilians interact with the system in crisis. System includes human-in-the-loop verification for high-severity alerts and geolocated alert delivery to mobile clients operating on low connectivity (e.g., 2G).
