Mending

Mending is a team of healthcare nerds, software engineers, product designers, direct primary care doctors, health insurance experts, and more. They are building a healthcare system that reduces friction for doctors and patients. Role: Product Engineer. The hire will join a small team of 5, focusing on building data pipelines and backend systems that automate and improve workflows for patients, providers, and internal operations. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless interactions for patient support, operational workflows, and reliable payment processing, partnering with internal stakeholders and external customers, and translating insights into product requirements. Tech stack includes Python (Flask, Temporal) on the backend and Next.js/React on the frontend.
