We are a VC funded small team of remote developers, working on a p2p & e2e encrypted voice/video/text chat application built on IPFS and Solana. Our goal is to create something that is easy to use, secure, and private. We are working on our beta right now, and are launching our MVP this summer. We are looking for candidates who are self starters and interested in identifying and fixing problems. We are looking to build a culture from the ground up, as such there isn't a lot of formal process in place. An interest in helping to build and define that would be a positive. We are unable to sponsor candidates, so we can only hire people already authorized to work in the US or Canada. Candidates that are interested in blockchain and web3 are a huge plus.
