Our main product is a hiring platform for nurses. Nurses fill out onboarding form, we match them to hospitals. The hospitals hire the nurses directly as full-time nurses with benefits (compared to competitors which place contract travel nurses). Our approach (algo-based matching, automating steps, 2-sided marketplace) takes a nurses average job search from 90 days to 20 days. CEO explains it: Inc Podcast, Bloomberg TV. Main differentiators: Everyone is nice. We have a strict no a-holes rule. We are meeting-lite. Stand-up is capped to 15 minutes and any meeting must have reading materials distributed the day before. Our process is based on the "Shape-up" process from Basecamp.
