Zencare

Join a team with a mission to increase access to quality therapy and mental healthcare. Zencare is a marketplace that connects therapy seekers with vetted therapists. We have a focus on a high quality UX and professional photos and videos of therapists (think Airbnb). As one of two software engineers, you will have the opportunity to lead and have a huge impact on the company. We are interested in someone who can work comfortably across the stack, with a bit of a focus on front end development. Bonus points if you are interested and willing to grow into a technical lead position, but not a must. We are profitable, have a low-meeting culture, and have a good work/life balance (no evening or weekend work expected). We are currently expanding our provider network to new states and enhancing our platform capabilities with features like a HIPAA compliant messaging tool. We are looking for someone with 3+ years professional experience as a software engineer who is an expert in JavaScript, proficient in SQL, and experienced with React or other modern front-end frameworks.
