Stronger Teams

Stronger Teams wants to become the #1 resource for remote operations, systems, and culture. Our consulting business grew from 1 to 25 FTEs in 2020, and Stronger Teams is our outlet to share the templates and knowledge that has powered our growth. In September (6 months ago) we launched a SaaS product that has grown to thousands of free trials, hundreds of paid users, and $11,000+ MRR. We're bootstrapped, but funded through cash flow from our consulting business that allows us to grow faster than we would be if we were only reliant on SaaS revenue. We're hiring full time content writers and one senior developer. We use a 3rd party dev shop, which we plan to continue to use, but feel like we're reaching the stage where it makes sense to bring our technical leadership in-house.
