  • Answer customer questions and use AI to turn each answer into material that feeds Wrenly's knowledge base so the next customer gets it instantly and the question never reaches your queue again.
  • Turn founder-led onboarding into a repeatable system by capturing what makes it great in repeatable playbooks.
  • Own customer quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to show each account what's working, surface what they're missing, and guide them to what's next.
  • Triage tickets, investigate codebase, build workflows, write docs, and automate anything that can be using AI.
  • Based in Brazil
  • Comfortable with US Eastern time-zone overlap
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • 100+ hours of real hands-on experience building AI agents/automations
  • 1-4 years in B2B SaaS customer success/account management is ideal (not required)

Description

Wrenly is hiring its first CSM. You will own onboarding, support, QBRs, renewals and expansion, using AI as the primary tool. Claude will be used to triage tickets, investigate the codebase, write docs, and automate repetitive parts so the knowledge base answers the next customer before they ask. Requirements include being based in Brazil and comfortable with US Eastern time-zone overlap, fluent written and spoken English, and 100+ hours of real hands-on experience building AI agents/automations. B2B SaaS customer success/account management experience is ideal but not required. Compensation includes USD $16k-$26k base plus commission on expansion, fully remote, 40h/week, 20 days off/year, and all tools and AI plans covered.
