Product Engineers on YC's own team. YC has an 18-person software team with no PMs; engineers own end-to-end delivery. The team builds software behind YC's $6B in investments, including tools that help partners evaluate thousands of startups per batch, AI-powered apps used daily by founders, and platforms like Work at a Startup connecting candidates with YC companies. Engineers receive unlimited AI tokens for development and for building AI-powered products.
